Peer Review Process

The corresponding author will send the manuscript to the Journal. The chief editor will initially review the manuscript and accordingly will manage to either reject the manuscript if not meeting the field of the Journal or accept the peer-reviewing process. The editor in chief will send the manuscript to the one of the editors who either accept or decline to manage the review process of the manuscript. The editor will kindly assign 2 independent reviewers to review the manuscript. The manuscript after being peer-reviewed, will either be accepted without revision, accepted with minor revision, accepted with major revision but eligible for re-submission, or rejected. Two revision cycles are permitted per article. The Journal is a double-blind journal, nor the author nor the reviewers are identified for each other, both remain anonymous. The corresponding author will send the corrections to the editorial office, to have a second round of revision.  The editor in chief will have the final say after author revision and submission. Articles carried on animals should state that the guidelines for the care and use of animals approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB). The editorial board will guarantee that the initial response will be carried for more than one month.  The managing process will be presented in the following flow chart:
